Özellikle görmek icin gidicekseniz tarihle yakindan ilgilenmeniz gerekli küçük bir antik kent yorumlamada güçlük çekebilirsiniz torosların açan gulleri gibi aralarda serpilen polis yerleskelerden cok merak eden olursa sora bilir.derin bilgilere vakifiz.
Especially if you are going to see it, you may have difficulty in interpreting a small ancient city where you need to be closely interested in history, you can ask anyone who is very curious about the police settlements like the blooming roses of the Taurus.

Tamamen sahipsiz, hiç bir çalışmanın yapılmadığı antik kent kalıntıları yılların harap ettiği orijinal hâliyle duruyor
Completely derelict, the ruins of the ancient city, where no work has been done, remain in their original form, ruined by years.

Yol üzerinde henüz kazı yapılmamış küçük bir antik kent, lahitler ve duvarlar üzerinde sağlam kalan işlemeler güzel.
There is a small ancient city on the road that has not been excavated yet, the sarcophagi and the surviving engravings on the walls are beautiful.

I saw it on Maps and went out of curiosity. A small ancient city somewhere on the top of the Taurus Mountains. Any facility, or notice boards etc. no, the excavated buildings and their surroundings are not arranged as much as other cities, most of the building stones have changed shape due to wear and take on the appearance of natural rock. I would like to see what the city was built on high like Termessos in its time.

Kitanaura or Kithanaura Ancient City is an ancient city located on the hills and patches in the north of the region called Saraycık in the Kumluca District of Antalya. Kitanaura, one of the Eastern Lycian cities, was first discovered in 1842 by the naturalist Thomes Albel Brimage Spratt and by Captain Edwart Forbes, an expert in the fields of water and archeology. He spent two days here to draw a plan of the city. When he could not come across the name of Kitanaura during these studies, Spratt suggested the names of the city as "Apollonia" or "Marmara" and they marked the city's name as "Apollania Ancient City". Because Diodorus Sicilus thought that this place was "Marmara", based on the fact that Alexander the Great conquered a large rock castle where the Marmaras lived while crossing the border of Lycia. Thus, Spratt named the fortress of the Ancient City of Kitanaura "Marmaro". Thus, the castle gained a name called “Marmara” in other words. The name "Apollonia" consisted of a Thracian colony in Lycia. Some historians have focused on the reasons why the second division of the army of Alexander the Great passed through this remote corner of Lycia.
