Absolutely horrible tour company, took money for baby (1.9 yo) 40€ for baby chair and a baby cot, in the end baby has to be on hands 10 hrs, and sleep on mattress. We bought tour from Russian speaker, and in the end our guide was Polish speaker- Jolanta who was talking whole way in Polish language, and in English just notice about stops, sometimes didn’t even told that, was super rude. Nobody will tell you the program of the tour, we spent 10 hrs in a bus and travelling in random markets where guides take percent from purchase. Not only her was rude with us, but the DRIVER AND OKSANA. The worst experience was when we told Jolanta that we were going to use somebody else company to fly on air balloons she gave as a paper that they won’t take us back to our base, explained us that we broke their rules, even their agent who sold us tour told us to use somebody else air balloons company. Don’t recommend anyone, it will just spoil your holidays ????????
