★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yufkalarin el acmasi oldugu cok belli. Ince hamur aciliyor. Hamuru ne tuzlu ne tuzsuz. Hatta ununu kendiniz alip burada parasiyla yufka ekmek yaptirabiliyorsunuz. Saman atesinde sacda pisiriyorlar. Ben 25 kilo undan ekmek yaptirdim yufka olarak. Cok memnun kaldim.
It is very clear that the phyllo is hand-blown. Thin dough is rolling out. The dough is neither salty nor unsalted. You can even buy the flour yourself and have phyllo bread made here with money. They cook on a sheet over a straw fire. I made bread from 25 kilos of flour as phyllo. I was very satisfied.
