The roads in the site are very bad. Some residences are well worn and dilapidated. It creates a bad image. Generally, it is a quiet place with good neighborhood relations.

A site with no social facilities. Some of the site owners beautify their own gardens but most of the gardens are neglected. Some of the buildings are neglected and look bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fena bizde değil ama tapularını almaları seneler sürdü bir de işin kötü yanı proje başladığında sitenin içerisinde yüzme havuzu olacaktı Lakin bir türlü yapılmadı ve yapılamayacak da. Öte yandan yanından minibüs geçmesi bir de Osmangazi köprüsü manzarası olması bir avantaj ama bir de dezavantajı var oda hemen üzerinde bulunan devasal büyüklükteki soğuk hava deposuna intikal eden çok fazla adet teki tırların geçiş güzergahında bulunması.
It's not bad for us, but it took years for them to get their title deed, and the worst thing was that when the project started, there would be a swimming pool inside the site. On the other hand, having a minibus passing by and having a view of Osmangazi bridge is an advantage, but there is also a disadvantage that there are a lot of trucks on the transit route of the huge cold storage depot just above the room.

Peaceful living space. Although the environment seems tidy, the exterior of some of the buildings is very neglected. It can be more enjoyable if the site is overhauled and a social facility area is created.
