Bekleme yapmamak için bilet iptal edince %15 kesinti ile iade ediyorlar. Tamamen soygunculuk. Sözde internette rötarlar yazılıymış. Yalan külliyen. Bu tür olaylar tren işletmelerine kesinlikle puan kaybettirir.
