Süpürge tek odayı süpürüp diğerine geçince kirli suyu püskürtüyor ve deterjan koyulmadığı halde köpürüyor. Bayideki bey yok siz deterjan koymuşsunuz,yok filtre satın alın,yok köpük kesici satın alın dedi ve aldık sorun yine aynı.Kaba ,ilgisiz bir bey vardı dükkanda.Paramızla rezil olduk asla arnica marka almam aldırmam çevremdekilere. m	merve erdem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 300 liraya 1 sene evvel aldığım ve maksimum 6 ay kadar kullandığım epa filtreli makinamın çekiş gücü düştüğü , yerdeki pislikleri çekemediği için servise götürdüm. 2 yıl garantisi olan makinayı servise getirmek en doğal hakkım sanıyorum ?! Servis elemanı beyefendi(!) yapılacak bişey Yok bunlar böyle , parasına göre gibi kaba saba laflar ederek ortamı gerdi . Bir sünger parçası için (filtre imiş) 45 lira istedi. Ben makinamla ilgilenmesi gerektiğini , sorunu çözmesini istediğimi yineleyince çok kaba bi tavırla “ Bunu kaç paraya aldınız ki ne bekliyorsunuz “ lafıyla karşılaştım. Beyefendi nezaketten yoksun olduğu gibi teknik bilgiye de sahip değil. Arzum firması bir an evvel bu beyefendiden(!) servisliği almalı. Bu arada elektrik-elektronik mühendisiyim. İnsanları sömürün bakalım. 1 yıldız bile çok size. I took it for the cover while there was a robot warranty for 300 TL. He said 130 TL to the cover. Does the technical service make that much profit? Where is customer satisfaction? Let's exploit the people. Even 1 star much to you.
