Away from the noise of the city, fun for children, a peaceful home environment for adults. Plenty of greenery, swimming pool, sports courts allow you to have a great time. Neighborhood is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muhteşem bir yer. Havuz, sauna, spor salonu, jeneratör, su arıtma sistemi,24 saat güvenlik, geniş çocuk oyun ve yeşil alanları var. Kayseride böyle bir site daha yok bence, hele de çocuklu aileler icin muazzam bir yer. Bence yaşanası bir yer.
It's a wonderful place. There is a pool, sauna, gym, generator, water purification system, 24-hour security, large children's playgrounds and green areas. I don't think there is another site like this in Kayseri, it is a great place for families with children. I think it's a lively place.

The site consists of islands A, B, C and D. It has 1 cafeteria, swimming pool, fitness center, safe playgrounds for children. While its social facility called Koru life club is located just inside the A and B islands; It is within walking distance to islands C and D. Because it can be said that the C and D islands are located in a place quite independent from the A and B islands.
