Neden oraya helen insanlarım daha rahat etmelerini sağlayıp daha kibar davranmazlar .Ayrıca bence oraya gelenlere su çay kahve ve soda gibi ikramlarda bulunmalılar.Ben şahit dışında bir çok noterde işlem yaptırdım inanın çok rahat ve samimi bir ortamda işlem yaptırıyorsunuz Eğer ben oraya gittiysem müşteriyim para vereceğim nezaket gösterilip rahat etmem gerekli ayrıca bekletiliyorsam sıkılmadan vakit geçirmek için hiç olmazsa bir içecek ikramı da beklerim.Malesef yalnız noterlerde değil her yerde paramızla rezil oluyoruz çoğu zaman .Düşünüyorum da Vatandaşın değeri ne zaman ön plana çıkacak .Yinede Kilis dışındaki birçok kurumda en azından insana burdakinden daha kibar davranıyorlar.
