They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. discrimination is made, between familiar and unfamiliar. And the seats are so dark, you become related to the one next to you.

Could be more professional. There is a transportation to K. Maraş every two hours and the vehicle ends at 17.00. We came in an hour's journey at 1.50 hours. There is no proper explanation. It's always been like this. I didn't know.
