Bitirmek için günde yarım kiloya yakın yoğurt tüketmem gerekiyor. Kötü değil ama biraz pahalı olduğunu bilin ve tarihe dikkat edin sadece, kendileri alıp poşetliyor bu arada gözden kaçırabiliyorsunuz.
