Kremalarinda mi bir Problem var yoksa müşteri memnuniyeti mi önemsiz anlamadım. Uyarıda da bulunmamiza rağmen her seferinde aynı problem. Bundan sonra alışverişimiz olmayacak.

Çocuğumuzun doğum gününden 2 gün önce sipariş verdik, 2 gün sonra gittik pastamız yok sipariş alan eleman işi bırakmış sipariş kağıdı yere düşmüş vs. vs. yani kısaca mağdur edildik yıllardır gittiğimiz bu işletmeyi bir daha tercih etmeyeceğiz...
First of all, I gave 1 star because we couldn't give 0 stars. We ordered 2 days before our child's birthday, we went 2 days later, we don't have a cake, the person who took the order quit, the order paper fell on the floor etc. etc. in short, we have been victimized and we will not prefer this business that we have been going to for years...
