The location is tucked in a quiet area but still accessible to almost everything,with warm-hearted staffs who’s willing to help and with clean rooms.

this hotel looks good from the outside, but in fact it is not. Firstly, breakfast is not included in the price. Secondly, the smell ... terrible sewage smell throughout the hotel, in every room. It is impossible to be here, it smells very strongly of dampness and sewage even in a clean room prepared for us. The hostess assured us that it was the smell of cleaning products, but it was not. Soon we became convinced that it really was a sewage system, it is poorly insulated and there is absolutely no ventilation, air inflow / outflow in the toilet room! In the shower room, water drains along the entire perimeter of the bathroom, so that there is water around the toilet all the time, it does not flow into the drain! Even when we checked into the room - there was water under the toilet, apparently from past visitors! One of the plugs did not work well, the air conditioner is very old and dirty, it's scary to imagine what we were breathing there. In addition, something is constantly beeping around the clock on the territory of the hotel! All night long we woke up from this sound! Do something about it! There is a pool on site, but we didn't use that. Close to the beach. For the amount we paid, the room and the hotel were not bad, we had a large bright room, a comfortable mattress, a hairdryer in the bathroom. ______ этот отель со стороны выглядит хорошим, но по факту это не так. Во-первых, завтрак не входит в стоимость. Во-вторых, запах... ужасный запах канализации по всему отелю, в каждом номере. Невозможно находится тут, очень сильно пахнет сыростью и канализацией даже в чистом подготовленном для нас номере. Хостес уверял нас, что это запах средства для уборки, но это не так. Вскоре мы убедились, что это действительно канализация, она плохо изолирована и в туалетной комнате совершенно нет вентиляции, притока/оттока воздуха! В душевой комнате вода стекает по всему периметру ванной комнаты, таким образом, что вокруг унитаза все время стоит вода, она не стекает в водосток! Даже когда мы заселились в номер - под туалетом была вода, видимо от прошлых посетителей! Одна из разеток плохо работала, кондиционер очень старый и грязный, страшно представить чем мы там дышали. Помимо этого - на территриии отеля постоянно, круглосуточно что-то пищит! Всю ночь мы просыпались от этого звука! Сделайте с этим что-нибудь! На территории есть бассейн, но мы не использовали это. До пляжа близко. За сумму, что мы заплатили, номер и отель не плохие, у нас была большая светлая комната, удобный матрас, фен в ванной.

Comfortable room, clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast and staff are friendly and happy to help. This is my second stay at Kilim Apart Hotel and I would highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

I have stayed there with a group of friends, it’s a family business so it has a very warm vibe to it which has added a spark to my visit, We were 7 & we chose to stay in 2 1+1 which can host up to 4 persons per room (1 king bed & 2 singles ) rooms had a heater, refrigerator, basic kitchen needs , balcony , shower . One thing we needed was hangers in the closet & door hanger for the room & bathroom also more towels. The breakfast was great , fresh melon tasted amazing everyday ! The location is perfect , around the hotel you can find markets( migros & bim), the harbor is 7 min away, around it there is alot of restaurants & cafes all of which have an amazing view , I highly recommend you trying geniş cafe. Fethiye has so many activities you can do , & kelim hotel can help you plan your trip very beautifully ❤️. We enjoyed our stay so much .

Good value for the money spent. The location is good, although it takes about half an hour to walk to Fethiye (Otogar) bus station. The hotel has a nice pool. Breakfast is quite simple but fine. I didn't find the staff particularly friendly but they provide good service. However, a better cleaning of the rooms would be convenient, since I found dirt in some parts such as the desk and the floor. Also, drinking water should be offered to customers free of charge!!

The apartment that we stayed in (beds for 4 people) for one night in September was excellent. The amenities were basic, no frills, but everything was exceedingly clean and properly functioning. Air conditioning units were even placed to be facing the beds, something not always found :) The bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The grounds appear to be well kept and clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, clean place to stay in the Fethiye area.

For the price and location this place offers a killer deal. They serve a typical Turkish breakfast from 8 am - 10 am. The staff are very helpful and sweet. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families. I took a room on the roof with an amazing mountain view!!
