Adana da dedemin komşu salgamcidan surahiyle aldirip hatta dedem bocit derdi rahmetli...evde içtiğimiz o nefiss şalgam tadıni almak.... yıllar sonra Adanaya gittim bu salgamla.. çok severiz şalgamı ,hatta yerine giderdik. siseli pek sevmem iyi çıkmazdi çoğu ,ama bu siseli şalgam beni çok şaşırttı ,önce stand da tadına baktım çok güzel dedim aciliydi bu? dedi standdaki kadın, inanmıyorum hem acılı ve böyle ayarlanmış acısı çok güzel şalgamı bozmamis...yıllar sonra ilk kez böyle tam lezzetinde bir şalgam suyu tattım. acisiza baktım o da ayrı bir güzel lezzetliydi... İki şişe bir acılı bir acısız aldık eve geldik 1 saat sonra bitti.... ÜRETENLER HELAL OLSUN SİZE VE KAZANCİNİZ BOL OLSUN İNŞALLAH.... ÜSTELİK glütensiz besleniyordum sozde. salgamda acaba fermente olursa belki zararı kalmıyor olabilir diyerekten dayamadim tükettim... bulgur ile yapıldığında acaba şalgama dönüşünce ye kadar fermente olarak glütenin zararı gitmiş olabilme ihtimali var mıdır bir arastirilsa keşke.... Çölyak hastaları ve buğday alerjisi olanlar için zarari olmayacak farklı tahıllar ile deneyip bu şalgam tadına en yakın hangisi oluyorsa o çeşidi de üretilebilse keşke. Nadir de olsa bazı şişelerde ağır koku ve asit olabiliyor ama genelde iyi çıkıyor. beğenmeyenler o partilere denk gelmiş olmalı çünkü diğer şişlerin içimi çok güzeldi. Teşekkürler.
