Very comfortable place. High level service. Friendly personnel. Long own beach, well kept. Cuisine meeting different preferences. Good animation. Programme for kids.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Good facilities, good staff with excellent entertainment team. Pool, beach, bars and food were very good. Play land was nice with nice a atmosphere for kids, teachers very close with children organizing games and mini disco for kids.

I stayed for 2 nights at Kilikya Palace and I liked it. The hotel lobby and the public areas are very nicely decorated. The room was confortable and spacious. The food is ok. I couldn't say very good. I'm not really a fan of the food in the all inclusive resorts in Turkey (except maybe the one served in the 5*+ luxury hotels). I have to admit that I am pretentious when it comes to food. The beach is sandy but when you get in the water there are pebbles. It is recommended that you have water shoes. The hotel has a pier though, and you can get in the water through the pier. The views are amazing. You can see the mountains from the beach. The staff is very polite. i recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay while you visit Turkey. They satisfy most of tourists' needs. We visited this place when hotel was totally full. Therefore we couldn't arrange late check-out. Also some sand could be useful on the beach :-) But food was FANTASTIC, room and toilet big and clean. Balony enormous (Just take a look at my photos and wonderful SEA-VIEW). Staff very friendly but not everyone could comunicate in English. Despite a few minor things they could improve I think that they deserve 5* opinion and best recommendation .

During the pandemic (20 days in way October 2020), the measures they have taken were great. As guests, we felt comfortable and safe. Plus, the food was great. Thanks to the Chef Metin and his team. One more thanks to the employees for their efforts to make ourselves feel at home with their smiles on their face all the time.

It's great. There are lots of things to do. But many of them are closed due to COVID-19 in may 2021. There are 2 huge pools, it's near the sea. It's very clean everywhere. Drinks and food and fine. I'd visit again after the pandemic to see everything they have to offer.

I spent 10 wonderful days here. I stayed in the new part and the hotel itself is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The hotel has a large pool and a huge beach where you are sure to find a free place. The staff in the restaurants are very friendly and helpful, and will respond to your every request. Throughout the day and in the evening, activities were organized with the animation team, special praise for Kerem x2, guys who are always in the mood and smiling :)
