Kilikya Hotel

Nice Place with history - really old history - all around. Very little English spoken here. Rooms are small but clean. Food very good. Nice relaxing place.

I definitely don't recommend this hotel. Just waste of money and time. No attention to customers. I couldn't find anyone to solve the bug problem. There are insects everywhere. Also not worth to money.

İt is very bad hotel. There is no internet WİFİ. The room service is bad. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The room is not clean enough and the furniture is old The TV is not working.

Overpriced. Rooms were small and not well maintained. WIFI was not available but advertised. Food was the only reason three stars were given. Service you have to ask for because the staff did not seem to care unless specifically asked for. Valet people were outstanding.

Everything you ask they try to help and there is allways a smile. Absolutely a family proof hotel; clean pool and a nice aquapark, also other playing possibilities for kids. Taste of food was good and also enough variation. When the meal was inside because of the sun it was hard to find a clean table; there could be more staff at that moment to keep up the circulation. But when you ask they do everything to help you very fast. What really was dissapointing and needs attention: the state of the hotelroom furniture and bathroom. Everything is outdated and really needs an upgrade to be called a 4* hotel. The rooms in the other 2&3* hotels are even in better states. The cleaning services are more than good. Overall view: The prices of this hotel is worth the service but certainly not the rooms. Because of the facilities of this hotel and the lack of good quality hotels in the area I preferred my stay overhere for the last two years.

Bedrooms are disgusting, old, dusty. Mold on the walls, in the shower.. mold everywhere. We paid for food but after one « breakfast » there we then chose to go out as it doesn’t look like a restaurant but like a school’s canteen. When a 4 stars hotel offers a private beach to its customers, they are supposed to enjoy their time there : as it is a private beach, I don’t understand why the hotel allows anyone who wants to to come in and doesnt keep people selling food and beverages out of it. Seriously, you can’t rest there as every five minute someone will come to try to sell you something. As the entire hotel, the beach is disgusting and not cleaned as it should be. Concerning Covid-19, employees don’t wear their masks often and don’t tell customers to do so. Also they insisted to keep my car keys to park and unpark my car even though the employee did not clean his hands beforehand. This service should be cancelled. What else ? Ah, people going into the pool with clothes and slippers on, very thin windows so you can hear everything in the street, thin walls so you can here children screaming from the corridor.. conclusion : avoid !!!

This place may have been 4 stars once but it certainly does not keep the standard. Not that clean, there is this strange sanitation smell from the bathroom. No mosquito screen on the doors and we had been hunting mosquitoes all night. On a positive note the hotel is close to the beach and has nice view of the Kizkalesi.

Kilikya Hotel is truly the most beautiful hotel in Mersin. We had so much fun. Both the employees and the managers are really friendly. I love it!?❤️
