★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12. Yüzyılda inşa edilen minarenin yanında camisinin olmama sebebi binanın ahşaptan yapılmış ve zamana meydan okuyamamış olması. Şehirde binası olmayan bi minare daha gördüm ama bu minarenin meşhur olma sebebi şehrin ilk fethinde kılıç ile yapılan ilk hutbesinin bu camii de yapılmış olması sebebiyle verilmiş.
The reason why there is no mosque next to the minaret built in the 12th century is that the building was made of wood and could not defy time. I saw another minaret without a building in the city, but the reason why this minaret is famous is because the first sermon with a sword was made in this mosque during the first conquest of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sivrihisarda çok sayıda kedi var. Özellikle beyaz Ankara kedilerinin sokakta olduğunu görünce çok şaşırdım doğrusu. Ankara'da yaşayıp Ankara'da Ankara kedisi görmememe rağmen kısacık gezimizde sivrihisarda sokakta iki tane Ankara kedisi gördüm. Kilise,direkli cami, camisiz minare,saat kulesi gezebildigimiz yerlerdi. Gönül Dağı dizisi ile anilsa da aslında tarihi ile kendi başına marka olabilecek bir yer. Biz biraz yol üzerinden uğradık eminim ki gezilip görülesi daha çok fazla yeri var.
There are many cats in Sivrihisar. I was very surprised, especially when I saw white Ankara cats on the street. Although I live in Ankara and have not seen Ankara cats in Ankara, I saw two Ankara cats on the street in Sisihisar during our short trip. Church, mosque with pillars, minaret without mosque, clock tower were places we could visit. Although it is mentioned with the Gönül Mountain series, it is actually a place that can become a brand on its own with its history. We stopped by on the way, I'm sure there are many more places to visit and see.
