Pasajın vakfa mı yada şahıslara mı ait olduğunu bilmiyorum.
Ama çarsı merkezinde böyle kıymetli bir yerin hakkettiği şeklide düzenlenmesini arzu ediyorum.

It is not pleasant to see the mediocre and run-down state of this passage, which is in the very center of the bazaar.
I do not know whether the passage belongs to the foundation or individuals.
But I wish that such a precious place in the center of the bazaar is arranged as it deserves.
