Eşimin denediği ayakkabı büyük gelince bir numara küçüğünü istedik. Hiç bir yerde kalmadığı söylendi. Vitrindeki ayakkabı yı sorduk ve aradığımız numarada olduğunu öğrendik. Vitrindeki ürüne biz karışamayız çıkaramayız dediler. Ne kadar ısrar etsek te yardımcı olmadılar, vermediler o ayakkabıyı bize. Sonuçta sadece birebir değiştirmeleri gerekiyordu. Sanırım çalışanlar için satış yapmak çokta önemli değil. Kesinlikle bir daha uğramayacağız buraya.

When the shoes my wife tried on were big, we asked for one size smaller. It was said that he did not stay anywhere. We asked about the shoes in the window and learned that it was in the number we were looking for. They said that we cannot interfere with the product in the showcase. No matter how much we insisted, they did not help, they did not give us that shoe. After all, they just had to replace it one-to-one. I guess it's not so important to sell for employees. We will definitely not be coming back here again.
