Kesinlikle katiyyen tavsiye etmem gecen sene bir mont almistim kolu sokuldu. 2021 de bir tane daha aldim biraz kullandim fermuari bozuldu tadilat icin magazaya verdim. Genel merkeze yolladilar musteri hizmetlerini 1 hafta sonra aradim kis zamani mont lazim durumu anlattim gecen senede almistim dedim ondada ariza ciktigi icin yenisini aldim diye belirttim yeniside fermuari arizalandi neden bu kadar bekletiyorsunuz diye soyledigimde sesli yanit sistemi gibi 15 gun icerisinde isleminiz olucak dedyip durdu. 15 gun bugun doldu aradim serviste kargo edilmiycek arac ne zaman cikarsa magazaya o zaman gonderilecek aciliyetinizi belirticem dedi. Sozde koca bir firma nasil bir musteri memnuniyyet anlayisi var anlamadim. Bir fermuar bozulmus 15 gun hangi cagda yasiyorlar 1 gun gonderim hadi 2 gun tadilat sira var sayalim 1 gunde kargo 5 gun olsun insaf 15 gun oldu ve hala yola cikmamis arac ne zaman cikarsa magazaya o zaman gidecekmis.
