 Primary school education means that attention should be paid to cognitive and intellectual aspects as well as the social and emotional development of students. Language and arithmetic proficiency are extremely important conditions for continuous improvement. Therefore, these courses should be given special attention.
Language refers to Turkish and foreign languages. In the light of increasing internationalization, it is increasingly important to start foreign language learning early in order for all students to reach the standard of sufficient foreign language skills until the end of their education life.
