I was deceived, conned, fleeced, robbed. I am no stranger to Turkish Haman's. On arrival I paid the agreed sum of Turkish Lira 85 for the basic Haman. Whilst receiving the included massage a man with a clipboard entered the room and explained that the masseur spoke no English and had asked him to interpret, that the masseur had diagnosed problems of calcification of the vertebrae in my lower back and sciatic problems and recommended a deep massage. The man with the clipboard said the usual cost was 120 and he could do it for the special price of 85, to which I agreed. Later on he returned once again and said the masseur recommended a hot stone massage at a special rate of 25, once again I agreed, the man with the clipboard stated this would bring the total for the extra massage to 110, which I agreed. Imagine my horror and shock when checking out of the Haman at reception to be told that this wasn't Turkish Lira but EURO'S !!!! I remonstrated that we were in Turkey, not a member of the EU, where the currency is Turkish Lira and not Euros. At no point in my discussion with the man with the clipboard did he once mention Euros. I had assumed that he meant Turkish Lira. I paid up as the location was EXTREMELY remote and many miles from my hotel and I had no way of making it back without the COURTESY BUS. In spite of my complaining on the keyF website I have had no response whatsoever. I am reluctant to post negative reviews, ever, however on this occasion I am prepared to make an exception as I feel so distressed at the methods employed to con and Rob me. It was the only down point of a great holiday and achieved the exact opposite of what a Haman is supposed to provide, relaxation and well being. BE WARNED !!!! Their pricing is in EURO'S not LIRA !!! This Haman is owned by German's and their tactics employed in selling you EXTRAS are unscrupulous. My total bill came to nearly 500 Turkish Lira, a GOOD TURKISH HAMAN will cost you absolutely no more than 150 Turkish Lira MAXIMUM, and that will include facial, pedicure and full deep massage of your choice. AVOID KEYF, they are thieving scoundrels and con men .

#NeckermanPoland Don't go there! It's waste of money, its trully factory of hamam whitout any climat and coustomer interest form the staff. It's expensive and service that they offer have nothing to do with oryginal turkish hamam/massage!

We started with a salt scrub and mud bath. Not very hygienic...? But after drying in the sun and washing off, our skin felt supersoft. After that 10 min. sauna, very nice. Then the hamam treatment. Which was nothing special, it actually hurt my skin, A day after i got abrasions in my neck and on my back from the washcloth. You are offered cocktails and smoothies for €5 to €10 which was a waste of money. After Dr. Fish for feet and hands (and body if you want) we went to a super good massage, but after 10 minutes you are offered a massage for your needs. Special price ofcourse ? Then you can choose for a special face treatment which my girlfriend recommends ? After 6 hours there, we paid €85 at the hamam and €70 at the hotel for transport, treatments and drinks for 2 persons.

Be aware!!! They will tell you that you’re super sick and need additional massage service (1 hr - $50). if you refuse your massage therapist will simply stop doing proper massage that you paid for. It’s sad that after a year of COVID and no tourism Turkish service people do not appreciate and value foreign tourists… Waist of time and money.

There is such a big flow of people so stuff do their job really quickly and not care about the quality. Both massage and scrub were very weak and haven't impressed at all. In sauna we were like 20-25 people in one room so it took a long time to sweat. Drinking water is for money. I haven't got any satisfaction in this place. Really cheap service.

The place is nice and clean, the treatment was wonderful. They supply towels and slippers if needed and there's a pool and a small jacuzzi after treatment. The only bad experience was that they tried really hard to get you to pay more money for drinks or other treatments, even if you'd already payed in advance.
