★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çocuğumun okul eşyalarını almak için gittim. Öğretmenin istediği 4 adet kitabın 2 tanesi mevcuttu ve onu aldık fakat diğer iki kitap için siz parayı ödeyin biz isteyelim ve gelince size haber verelim dediler. Bende ödedim ve dönüş yapmalarını bekledim. Üzerinden 2 ay geçti ve hala dönüş yapmadılar. Her aradığımda ya kargoda ya sipariş bekliyor diyip bekletiyorlar ve yine dönüş yapmıyorlar. Artık gidip ödediğim paranın iadesini isteyeceğim. Esnaflık böyle olmamalı.
 I went to get my kid's school stuff. There were two of the 4 books that the teacher wanted, and we got it, but we paid for the other two books and we should ask for it and let you know. I paid and I waited for them to return. Two months have passed and they have not returned. Every time I call, either in the cargo or waiting for an order to wait and still do not return. I'm going to go back and pay for the money I paid. This shouldn't be the way trades are.

Their products are expensive. Also, their craftsmanship is not good. Doesn't apply discounts. Doesn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keşke fotokopi çekme işini bizzat kendiniz yapsanız müşteriye yaptırmak yerine. Bir kağıttan beş adet çekilmiş. 70 küsur sayfa fotokopi ve bir kaç tane eşyaya 130 tl vermemde çabası!! Fotokopi olayına acayip gerildiğim için biran önce çıkmak istedim. Okulumdaki hocalar daha ucuz diye oraya yönlendirdi ama pekte fark göremedim.
I wish you would do the photocopying yourself instead of having the customer do it. Five drawn from a sheet of paper. 70 odd pages of photocopy and efforts to give 130 TL for a few items!! I wanted to get out as soon as possible because I was so nervous about the photocopying thing. The teachers at my school directed me there because it was cheaper, but I could not see much difference.
