Böyle sorumsuz bir firma görmedim.Almadan önce 2 hatta 3 defa düşünün derim.Koltukları alalı yaklaşık 1 yıl olmak üzere ve hâla koltukların sorunuyla uğraşıyorum.koltukları 3 defa tadilata gönderdim onlar üçünde de tadilat yaptıklarını sanıp gönderdiler.halbuki sadece götürüp atölyelerinde süs olarak bekletip geri gönderiyorlardı. Onlardan para iadesi talep ettiğimde bana para iadesi yapamayacaklarını söylediler.Bir müddet sonra müşteri hizmetleri tarafıma dönüş yapıp benden bir şans daha istediler.Onlara bir şans verdim ama vermeseydim keşke direk mahkemeye verseydim şuan bu koltukların rezilliği ile uğraşıp zaman kaybı yaşamazdım. Yani almadan önce bir düşünün derim.Sorumsuzlukları hat safhada olan bir firma. .!

I have never seen such an irresponsible company. I would say think twice or even 3 times before buying. I am still dealing with the problem of the seats for about a year and still have their seats. . When I asked them for a refund, they told me that they would not be able to refund me. After a while, the customer service returned to me and asked me for another chance. So I say think before you buy. It is a company with no responsibilities. .!
