İki katlı, 1. kat odaları direk deniz manzaralı, 2. kat odaları balkonludur. Hüseyin ustanın yaptığı leziz yemeklerden memnun kalacaksınız. Sahibi ve servisi yapan Mustafa beyde güleryüzlüydü. Kerpe, civarıyla birlikte mutlaka gezilip görülmesi gereken ancak sezonda çok kalabalık olan çok şirin bir tatil beldesi. Derim ki gidin. Kervan Butik Otelde kalın. Yataklar pek rahat değil ancak kısa süreli konaklamada işimizi gördü. Restoranı biraz tuzlu. We went without great expectations. Adequate level of cleanliness and cleanliness. Temizliğe çok önem veren bir Butik Otel.Herkesin damak tadı farklı fakat bana göre kahvaltı ve yemekler nefisti.Aç kalmanız mümkün değil.Özellikle yönetici ve çalışanların çok ilgili ve de güler yüzlü olması insana huzur veriyor.Tatil demek dinlenmek demek, deniz demek ve sizin de fazlasıyla tatilinizi keyifli geçirebileceğiniz bir mekan. Teşekkür ederiz :) It was a delightful holiday for 4 people :) It can be your first choice. A Boutique Hotel that attaches great importance to cleaning. The taste of everyone is different but the breakfast and meals are delicious for me. It is not possible to stay open. Especially the manager and the employees are very concerned and they are also friendly. a place where you can spend your holiday more pleasant. We thank you :)
M	Melis Yılmaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İçeri girdiğimizde oda çok havasız ve kötü kokuyordu oyüzden girer girmez camı açtık. Aynı zamanda hava çok sıcak olduğu için klimayı da açtık. Havalandıktan sonra camı kapatırız diye düşündük ama böyle düşünmeye kalmadan otel görevlisi otelin önünden kafasını odamıza uzatıp camı kapatın klima çalışıyor diye uyardı. Şok olduk tabi. Odanın içi mahrem diye biliyorduk ama demekki bu otel için değilmiş. Uslüp çok önemli! When we entered the room was very stuffy and smelled so bad we opened the window as soon as we entered. We also switched on the air conditioner because the weather was very hot. We thought we would close the window after taking off, but without thinking like that, the hotel attendant warned that the air conditioner works in front of the hotel, extending our head to our room and closing the window. We were shocked of course. We knew the room was intimate, but it wasn't for this hotel. Diversity of Style is very important!

İşletmecisi Ataman bey, günümüzde artık soyu tükenmiş üçe beşe bakmayan, gerçek bir dost, güleryüzlü bir ev sahibi ve müşteriyi kendi evinde ağırlamaya çalışan bir abimiz. Masaya getirdiği ekstra ikramları hesaba yazmaz, hangi balığı tavsiye edeceğini bilir, fiyatları da gayet makul. Balıklar ne zaman gitsem hep taze ve pişirilmişesi çok lezzetli. Otel de kalmadım ancak içerisini biraz dolaştım, o bölge için standart güzel şirin ve manzaralı bir otel. Gidenlerin kesinlikle pişman olmayacağı bir restaurant ve otel. Located in the charming coastal town of Kocaeli, Karpe, just at the foot of the main beach boulevard, the lower floor restaurant, the upper floors serving as a boutique hotel. Mr. Ataman, the operator, is a true friend, a friendly host and a brother who tries to entertain the customer in his own house. He doesn't account for the extra treats he brings to the table, he knows which fish to recommend, and the prices are very reasonable. The fish is always fresh and cooked every time I go. I did not stay in the hotel, but I wandered a little inside, the standard for that region is a nice hotel with a lovely view. A restaurant and a hotel where those who leave will certainly not regret it.

Kahvaltiyı beğenmedim serpme olabilirdi. The location of the hotel is great, the room is new, it was nice, we liked it. But it could have been cleaner in terms of cleanliness. The windows and walls of the shower cabin were not washed well. I didn't like the breakfast, it could have been sprinkled.
