★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A boutique hotel that takes you to a different time. Attention to detail everywhere. Right next to crystal clear river that flows a couple of miles into the sea where you will find a small beach walk and craft shops. Along the river are restaurants that provide variety of good food. Definitely check Orfoz restaurant as it is easily the best seafood and mezes in the whole region

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is obviously that the time passed for this hotel. While the hotel getting older there has not been necessary maintenance to keep it in good condition.
All Staffs are like a robot. Forget "smilling face" there is even no eye contact or saying "hi" / "good morning". Cleaning is very low you can find cigaret disposal in your flower basket at the balcony.
Breakfast is quite poor comparing to the price.
Lighting in the room is awful.
Thanks to restaurant along to Azmak river despite of their costs saved our time in Akkaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & detailed decoration based on Ottoman style. Everyday you may notice a new beautiful details from ceilings to chairs in the lobby, that is great for history lovers.
- Great location by river & beach
- Quite enough to sleep well
- Nice beds
- Friendly people
- Very nice pool with mountain view, loved it.
- Great breakfast
Recommendations:
- Please fix restrooms, they don’t fit into such a nice hotel, disgusting :( Same for bathrooms.
- Do some maintenance overall, Ottoman means it should look like Ottoman style, but not necessarily old & used.
- Serve dinner
Would love to go back despite the downsides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved 3 rooms and paid the deposit. Due to forest fires, we cancelled the reservation and request the deposit back. The hotel staff said we don't have reservation and then we did not make the payment. We are still chasing our money :/ Stay in somewhere else and SAVE yourself !!!
Depozito ödedik ama hala geri almaya çalışıyoruz. Sakın sakın kendinize yazık etmeyin gidin kamp kurun kafanız rahat eder.
