Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es lief alles ohne Probleme ab. Die Rückgabe war auch unkompliziert und schnell. Der Besitzer tut alles dafür um den Kunden zufrieden zustellen, mit Erfolg. Das nächste mal mieten wir uns wieder ein Auto bei Ihm. Auto im August gemietet.

İlk andan son ana kadar her şey tam memnuniyetimiz içindi. Her şey sorunsuz gitti. Arabayı geri teslim etmesi de basit, hızlıydı ve problemsiz oldu. Sahibi, müşteriyi başarıyla memnun etmek için her şeyi yapar. Bir dahaki sefere ondan tekrar araba kiralayacağız.

From the first to the last, everything was to our complete satisfaction. Everything went smoothly. Returning the car was also simple, fast and hassle free. The owner does everything to successfully please the customer. We will rent a car from him again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ertesi gün için saat 21:00 suları son dakika Mercedes Vito kiraladım.aracla yola çıkmadan önce yakıt almaya girdiğim.benzinlikte araçtan duman çıktığını gördüm. saat 23:00 sularında firmayı aradım 20 dakika sonra aynı model araçla bulunduğum yere gelip yeni aracı teslim ettiler. Başka araç yok deyip tüm planımızı alt üst edebilirlerdi ama öyle olmadı. Çok hızlı reaksiyon gösterip özürleri ile birlikte yeni aracımı teslim ettiler. Firmanın müşteri memnuniyeti ve etik tutumu için teşekkürü borç bilir ve ihtiyacınız olduğunda güvenle araç kiralayabilirsiniz diye tavsiye edebilirim.
I rented a Mercedes Vito at the last minute around 21:00 for the next day. I called the company around 23:00 and after 20 minutes they came to my place with the same model vehicle and delivered the new vehicle. They could have said that there is no other vehicle and turned our whole plan upside down, but it didn't happen. They reacted very quickly and delivered my new vehicle with their apologies. I would like to thank the company for its customer satisfaction and ethical attitude and I can recommend you to rent a car safely when you need it.
