★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Büyük TOKİ konutları 2+1,3+1 gayet güzel ancak 1+1 tarafı çok iyi değil..Bazı eksiklikleri var tabiki arka kapı kapalı, asansör bakımı itinalı yapılmıyor, güvenlik yok, dışardan yabancı girmesi çok kolay. Artıları kapıcı var, hergün çöpler kapı önünden alınıyor, otopark, çocuk parkı var,önünde Çarşamba pazarı kuruluyor. Evin yapısı ve fiyatına göre gayet güzel ?
Big TOKİ houses 2+1,3+1 are fine, but the 1+1 side is not very good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güzel yapılmış Güzel yönetilmiyor. Asansörler mutlaka bozuk. Acilen alt yol kapısı açılmalı millet bütün siteyi dolanıp girmek zorunda evine. Yönetim çok zayıf. Burdan alınacak aidatlarla şehir yönetilir. Binalar arasi mesafe cok iyi ferah. Otopark yeterli. Ferah guzel daireler. Çocuk parkı ve yeşil alan mevcut.
