Mimari yapısıyla, hizmet içeriğiyle bölgenin prestijini artıran Osman Gazi Semt Konağı, Hazine’den tahsis edilen 3 bin 129 m2 alana inşa edildi. 3 kattan oluşan tesiste, 150 kişilik çok amaçlı salon, mutfak, idari ofis, derslikler ve sohbet odası bulunuyor. 900 bin TL'ye mal oldu.
Semt konaklarında, meslek ve sanat kurslarının yanı sıra gençlere ve çocuklara internet ve kütüphane hizmeti de verilecek. Eski İstanbul konakları mimarisinde yapılan tesislerde, bilgi evi, çocuk kütüphanesi ve kadın koordinasyon merkezi de olacak.
Çok amaçlı salonlarında olduğu semt konaklarında, toplumsal konulara yönelik, eğitim ve sağlık alanında bilgilendirici seminerler de organize edilecek.
