Lovely place to stay,nice and clean,not sure if it really is a 4 star hotel but that's not a complaint..not tried any food as I'm room only but looks nice enough,fantastic swimming pool and plenty of sun beds.. good place to stay to explore side.rooms nice but standard good balconys overlooking pools.. overall great little hotel with plenty of English staying here too..

Not enough food or choice of foods, same menu , once food troughs were were empty the food wasn't replenished. We went to the restaurant 10 minutes after it opened , and most of the food had gone. Wasnt enough cutlery or plates, no butter put out , had to find staff to ask . This Hotel is not a 4* all inclusive . Maid room service was poor, . , food is of poor quality, after eating chicken my partner was room bound for 3 days !! Mentioned the shortage of food to the Manager, and he said " we have a lot of Polish people here, they eat all the food "!! In our opinion that's not a good enough answer. We paid for 2 weeks all- Inclusive , we didnt get what we paid for. The star rating needs to be looked at and reduced to a 2 Star until it gets credibility and merits being a 4 star, but this I think will be hard to come by. We wont be coming to Kentia Apartments again. Having said that, the staff are all hard workers, and we can't fault them, its the managers who need to buck their ideas up, and listen to the feedback from guests and do something about it.

Nice apartments with very friendly staff and great food!! They do cater more toward German holiday makers... that is very evident.... nonetheless it's a nice place...

Amazing, I went with my family and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself was beautifully arranged with flowers and peaceful seating areas everywhere which were very kept by the staff there. The pool was always clean and checked on a daily basis and the facilities such as the gardens well maintained. We went with the all inclusive and so recieved food too which was always brilliant at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best thing about my stay was interacting with the staff. Although some didn't know English, they were always serving me with a smile, clearing up tables efficiently and working very well. It was a pleasure to stay there

We went here a while back on a package holiday booked with Thomson, and enjoyed so much we are going back . The pool is huge and cold ( very refreshing), you can dine on a large balcony overlooking it. Nice clean hotel with very attractive gardens and clean rooms. Excellent maid service. The food is fine and reasonably priced. The massage is excellent, and much better than the excursion the reps will try to sell you. The photographer really knows his stuff and does a great deal. Beaches are about a 15-20 minute walk, but taxis are cheap, an some of the beach bars offer free minibus pickups and drop offs. If you want to eat out, try the Britannia Restaurant just up the road, reception staff will give you directions, it's a 3 minute walk. There was a terrific thunderstorm whilst we were there, it come in from the mountains and lasted for hours. Awesome!

A relaxing holiday, for a great price! The hotel was like a little hidden gem of paradise upon entering the grounds, with all its tropical flowers & the staff were all so friendly! Went self catering so we could explore more - there's some lovely restaurants both locally, on the beach & in the old town & all such good value & fantastic portion size. The hotel also had a free gym, which we took full advantage of & plenty of entertainment. Great value for money & would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel, well managed! Rooms are clean and comfy. Food is very good and the staff is helpful and kind. Really nice place! :)

We have been 5 times and always go bed and breakfast. We love it here.
