The city is the newest of the residences in the region. It has 3 parks, basketball courts, sports fields and a car park. In addition, the Site has a central system, security and a constantly active cleaner. Its tenants are usually students and families. Neighborhood relations are good. There are buses everywhere from the top and bottom of the site.
