Staff and staff very good but food not quite as good as we hoped could be better

Very bad facility. The whole place is falling out of old age. The business logic is very bad. It is operated with a full civil servant mentality. There is an indifference, indifference, as if there is no other hotel, everyone has to come here. We were not at all satisfied with the double room we stayed with my wife. In our room, half the curtain was there, half was missing. The sun entered the room early in the morning because the curtain did not cover the window completely at night. Nothing like pique was put on the beds in the room. They didn't even put a glass of water in the fridge. We reported it to the reception. They didn't do anything. Hot water is not provided by a portable electric water heater in the shower, but it is very difficult to adjust. Breakfast is very simple (eggs, cheese, olives, tomatoes and cucumbers) with a paper cup for tea. I don't blame the business manager for this bad management. Despite being this bad, the price of 250 TL per night for two people is mind-boggling. I marked the resort among places I will never come back to.

In a central location, next to the clock tower, mosque and carrefour. It is possible to walk into the bazaar without the need for a car. The staff tries to be interested, but the service is insufficient because their numbers are low. We were not satisfied at all about the hygiene, the building is very old and the rooms are falling apart. In the bathroom, hot water is provided with a small quick heater, it is very difficult to adjust the appropriate temperature. The door doesn't close. There is nothing good except the location and the hardworking staff.

The location of the hotel is very nice. I can say that it is a very quiet family hotel. However, the building and furnishings were very old. There were dead cockroaches by the pool. We had a problem with the hot water, the shower heads were broken. The employees were concerned. Would I prefer it again?

The room was quite clean, the bathroom shower cabin was quite clean. It is quite reasonable to stay in this facility rather than staying in nasty rooms in strange hotels that look like three stars. Thanks to the hotel team.
