Здравствуйте, хочу сказать огромное спасибо этой больнице. У меня на отдыхе случилась беда- гнойных аппендицит. Страховка и эта больница не отказали мне в помощи ещё и совершенно бесплатно. Сервис - на высшем уровне. Переводчики всегда помогали найти общий язык. Палаты у них вип. Все супер. И отдельно огромное спасибо за доктора. Он сделал ювелирную работу и без осложнений. Наши врачи удивительно смотрели на шов. Спасибо ему огромное!!!!!

GREAT HOSPITAL

Hello, first of all I have to say that this 'Hospital' is nothing more then a fraud. If you don't really need urgent help...hands off that location because they are a partnered cooperation company working with several Hotels in Kemer and the nearby area. The Hoteldoctor send us via ambulance into that Hospital and off course just by pure random he is also an employee of that privat instituiton. The doctor needs a translator. The translator tryed to explain us what we need and why we have to stay a few days without any medical background. They needed 4 nurses to give my daughter an injection without any desinfection or protection, like gloves, before doing that. After all (we stayed 4 hours and all they did was an X-Ray as well as a blood check and afterwards gave us some antibiotika/penicillin) they tricked us and we should payed 1.500 Euro. After trying to get an explanation for the costs or at least a detailed invoice they gave us some bonus an lowered the price to 1.100 Euro. So please don't go there if you dont really have to. Instead drive into the official local hospital. Hallo, Finger weg von diesem 'Hospital'. Dahinter verbirgt sich eine sogenannte Privatklinik welche nur euer Geld haben will und Vertragspartner div. Hotels in Kemer und Umgebung ist. Wenn ihr nicht wirklich lebensbedrohliche Verletzungen habt, meidet diesen Ort. Wir wurden leider direkt vom Hotelarzt (zufälligerweise Angestellter in diesem KKH) via Krankenwagen direkt eingewiesen. Frau Doktor brauchte eine Übersetzerin, welche uns ohne jeglichen medizinischen Background erzählen wollte was wir brauchen und warum wir mehrere Tage bleiben sollten. Sie brauchten 4 Schwestern um meiner Tochter einen Zugang zu legen und das ohne Handschuhe oder Desinfektion der Haut. Nach 4 Stunden, einer Röntgenaufnahme und einer Blutuntersuchung sowie anschließender Verabreichung eines Breitbandantibiotika, wollten sie 1.500 Euro für die Behandlung haben. Nach der Bitte einer im Detail aufgeschlüsselten Rechnung kam man uns mit einem 'Rabatt' entgegen und reduzierte den Preis auf schlappe 1.100 Euro. Absoluter Betrug und wer nicht unbedingt muss, sollte diesen Ort meiden und ins städtische Krankenhaus fahren.

This is not a hospital. I took my 9 months old son and I was not satisfies with the treatment, Dr used a translator despite speaking excellent english! He saw my face once and the promptly spoke with translator. He examined my baby, like for a few seconds and left without me being able to ask questions. avoid if yo can.

Grateful to the staff of the hospital. Came in with my two year old daughter who ended up needing IV. The nurses were very helpful and sympathetic. The doctor spoke very good English.

If you go to Anadolu Hospital Kemer for a Covid19 test, then they will try hard to SELL you FIRST a complete medical check... Doctors in private hospitals in Turkey, as in USA, lack of ethics and look like Salesmen! Shame on you. I don't suggest this hospital... you won't know if they are selling services or really finding out that you got some health issues. And the below reply coming from the hospital also lacks of courtesy. They do not apologize and they don't ask you to contact them ... they order you to do so! You guys also need to learn the meaning of the words "public relations". Zero Stars for you.

My mum had a knee replacement surgery few months ago in Kemer Anadolu Hospital and l must say she had top class treatment. From her surgeon down to the catering staff and everyone in between and also their pharmacist was very helpful and professional, definitely not like UK. Everyone was so nice and could not do enough for mum. Mum wishes she could have stayed longer. I would also like to thank the admin team for all their help.

Professional staff, modern equipment, incredible service and comfortable rooms. They organized a transfer from the hotel, made a quick diagnostic, did all the necessary tests and performed an surgery. Almost all doctors speak English, and the surgeon who operated on me communicated with me in Russian. They also provided a Russian translator who helped with everything from paperwork and coordination with the insurance company to solving my minor needs. Many thanks to all the staff and especially the surgeon for helping me so quickly and efficiently!
