An extremely neglected OSB. Their roads are messed up. Obviously, there is a management and team that have never worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bünyesinde bulunan işletmelere bakıldığında İzmirin en büyük sanayi bölgesi olması gereken ama çiğli osb2nin gölgesinde kalmış bu gidiş ile Tosbi'nin de gölgesinde kalacak yer. Çok büyük bir alana gelişi güzel yayılmış bir görünüm var.bunun nedeni zamanında tarla-bahçe olan yerlerin işletmeler tarafından alınıp fabrikaya çevrilmiş olması.Örneğin bir Manisa osb gibi fabrika kuracağınızda size yeri osb müdürlüğü göstermiyor,zamanında böyle yapılanmış kemalpaşa osb.
Bunun dışında fabrikalara sağlanan ,en azından benim gördüğüm hiç bir altyapı destği yok;bu kouda da Bursa ve manisayı tek geçerim.
Considering the enterprises within its structure, it is the place that will be in the shadow of Tosbi with this departure, which should have been the biggest industrial area of Izmır but remained under the shadow of Çiğli OSB. There is a beautifully spread appearance coming to a very large area. The reason for this is that the places that have field-garden were taken by the enterprises and turned into a factory. For example, when you set up a factory like a Manisa osb, the location does not show you the osb directorate.
Apart from that, there is at least no infrastructure support provided to the factories, which I have seen, and I can only pass Bursa and manisa on this issue.
