3 yıl önce aldığım ayakkabı ayağıma dar gelmeye başlayınca gotürdüm kalıbını ayarlatıp ilk günkü gibi kutulayıp ücret almadan teslim ettiler.
Biraz fiyatlar fazla gelebilir ama verilen hiizmet çok iyi.

When the shoes I bought 3 years ago started to be narrow for my feet, I took them in, had the mold adjusted, boxed them like the first day and delivered them without charge.
The prices may be a bit high, but the service provided is very good.

Even though the boot I bought was defective, they did not accept to send the product to their headquarters. It is necessary for their factory to be moved. They say you put on the boot for 2 more weeks and send it later. It was a terrible experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garanti süresi 6 aydır ve üründe sorun çıkınca ücretli tadilat bile yapmıyorlar. Bence bu firmadan hiçbir şey alınmamalı. Satarken 6 ay sonrasına karışmayız demiyorlar. KT nın kalitesi bu kadar.
The warranty period is 6 months and when there is a problem with the product, they do not even make any paid repairs. I don't think anything should be bought from this company. When selling, they do not say that they will not interfere after 6 months. Such is the quality of KT.
