When I did shopping on the website, it is not clear when they will deliver, the money was paid, but there is no goods. There is no official statement on the website!

This is the first time that we shop from Kemal Tanca. We bought a pair of shoes from Florya Aqua in Istanbul. The quality is very good, but from the incident that happened yesterday in Denizli Çamlık Forum I will never shop again if they give free from this store. Everything was fine first, my wife liked a pair of shoes and a bag (hand-held bag for special occasions) for her future bride. Thank you, the lady in charge helped, tried the shoes herself and we liked the bag. The staff in charge told us that the product could be returned within 1 month, we thought we would take a picture of us amongst us, if we dislike it, we would return it, because the money we understood from our return would be returned. Maybe we are ignorant because we stayed abroad. Then we came home, sent the photos, the bride lady did not like the bag, liked the shoes. We said that it was not a problem when we went to the store two hours after buying the product and explained the situation, we learned that it was not the same when selling the product to us, it was not returned in the store shopping, only if the shoes were small or big. Of course, they were very rude at first, then after a long discussion, we were told that we could give money in exchange for the value of the bag and buy another product in return. In short, after a short time, I looked at the consumer rights on the internet at home and saw that there was no right to return in the shopping of the store. My criticism was that they could tell us in plain language, and we would buy it accordingly. Also, it did not suit a company that showed itself a brand like Kemal Tanca. After all, this is an ornamental bag and we came to return in two hours. There is such a thing as customer satisfaction, but you have not even got close to it. Our country is very good compared to the old times but unfortunately the mentality that despises this citizen still exists in both public and private sectors. You can be a very famous brand Kemal Tanca, but you lost me as a customer .....

My own experience. I bought the shoes there for a very good price. But I just wore a mawlut ceremony, opened it from the side, brought it back, they did it opened again I sent it back, it did not happen After that I did not even bother with it. Therefore, I give a low score, I do not recommend, there are many other shoe makers. never let your money go to waste.
