★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kızıma bot almak için gittik. Suni deri bota 999 TL etiket basmışlar, 290 TL ye satıyorlar. Sahte deri için bu rakam çok çok yüksek. Ürün alırken marka tercihi yanında ürünü de incelemek lazım!!!
We went to get my boots. They printed 999 TL tag on artificial leather boat, they sell for 290 TL. This figure is very high for fake leather. When buying a product, you need to examine the product as well as the brand preference !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 04.11.2019 tarihinde Antares Avm Kemal Tanca mağazasından ayakkabı satın aldık. Ayakkabıda aşırı derece koku oluyordu. Koku o kadar fazla ki odaya girenler bu koku nedir diye soruyordu. 17 gün geçmesine rağmen ayakkabıdaki koku gitmedi. Ürününün ayıplı ürün kapsamında iadesini talep ettim. Antares AVM'deki satıcı lakayıt bir şekilde bu ayakkabılar kokuyor bizde biliyoruz ama iade alamayız dediler. Zor bela verdim inceleyeceğiz haber ederiz dediler. Bu kadar rezillik olamaz bile bile bu kadar iğrenç kokan kokusu geçmeyen ayakkabıyı satıp bir de biz biliyoruz koktuğunu demeleri firmanın müşteri anlayışını ortaya koyuyor. Ben defalarca alışveriş yaptığım bu firmanın bu kadar kalite ve memnuniyet düşürdüğünü bilmiyordum ama öğrendim maalesef.
We bought shoes from Antares Avm Kemal Tanca store on 04.11.2019. It is extremely odor shoes. The smell is so much that people entering the room was asking what this smell. Even after 17 days in the shoes it did not smell. I requested the return of your product within the scope of the defective product. Antares AVM'daki seller smells in a way that we know that these shoes smells but we can not get back, they said. They said we'll examine the hard trouble. This disgraceful smell even if you can not even smell so disgusting smell of selling shoes and we know that they say that the smell of the company's customer understanding. I didn't know that this company, which I shop for many times, reduced this quality and satisfaction, but I learned that unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 Kasım 2021 Kemal Tanca Ankara Antares mağazasından aldığım bot satılırken su geçirmez iç kısımda yırtılma olmaz diyerek yerli firma kaliteli diye güvenerek aldım bir ay olmadan daha o kadar şiddetli hava şartları olmadan ayakkabı su aldı ve iç kısımda yırtılma oldu ve ayakkabı sanki 1 yıl giymiş gibi tabanı sertleşti ve 12 Aralık pazar mağazaya götürüp şikayetleri anlattım ve bana su için garanti veremem diyerek zaten sınıfta kaldı ürünü aldılar ve bugün 16 Ocak 2022 20 iş günü geçti ve hala ses yok bir daha asla bu yerden ayakkabı almam.
