İç astar çok kalın tasarladığı için yapıştırma olan kısım atmış ben fark edip götürdüm fakat üç gün içinde bana dönüş yapacaklarını söyleyip asla dönmediler. Ürün hatalı olduğu halde para iadesi yapmadılar. Yapamazlarmış. Başka bir ürün almak zorunda kaldım. Zamanım olmadığından tüketici haklarına şikayet için uğraşmak böyle angaryalarla uğraşmak istemedim. Benim için Kemal Tancadan alışveriş devri kapanmıştır.
I definitely want to say that they made me very sad. The product I received was placed with a problem. Since the inner lining was designed very thick, the adhesive part was damaged, I noticed and took it away, but they said they would return to me within three days and never did. They did not refund the money even though the product was faulty. They couldn't. I had to buy another product. Since I did not have time, I did not want to deal with such drudgery to complain about consumer rights. For me, the era of shopping from Kemal Tanca is over.
