★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güzel bir showroom, çok ilgili ve bilgili personel, sorularımıza dürüst cevaplar aldığımızı zannediyorduk aradan 3 ay geçti hala ürünler tamamlanmadı. Birçok sorun içerisinde en ilginci hala 6 adet düzgün sandelyeyi imal edemediler. Şu anda 13.üncüyü bekliyoruz. Yemek masasının 3.üncüsünü bekliyoruz.
A beautiful showroom, very concerned and knowledgeable staff, we thought we received honest answers to our questions 3 months have passed and the products have not been completed yet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yemek masası almak için gittik. O sırada başka bir masa almaya karar verdik. Fiyatta zor da olsa anlaştık fakat mağazadan cikinca masanın web teki fiyatına bakınca üzüldük. Arayıp fiyatı biraz daha indirmelerini istedik fakat herhangi bir indirim yapılmadı. Kısacası kaziklandik. Fiyat konusunda üzülsek de ürün geldiğinde sandalye ve masada bazı darbelerin olması ve kelebek mobilya nin bu konuda bizi hiç üzmemesinden dolayı teşekkür ederim. Sağolsun lar çok yardımcı oldular ve masanın ezik bölümü ve 1 sandalyemiz yenisi ile değiştirildi. Fiyatta üzseler de en azından satış sonrası gösterdikleri ilgi ile üzmediler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tahmini teslimat süresi en az 10 hafta. Size söylenilen sürenin üzerine en az 2 hafta koyun. Satış danışmanları da genelde telefonlara cevap veremiyorlar yoğunluktan (!) onu da göz önünde bulundurarak alışveriş yapın. Marka olarak tavsiye ederim ancak bayi olarak sınıfta kaldılar.
The estimated delivery time is at least 10 weeks. Put at least 2 weeks on top of the time you have been told. Sales consultants can not answer the phone in general, because of the density (!) Shop with that in mind. I recommend it as a brand, but they failed as a dealer.
