★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merhaba Kelebek Mobilya'dan puf ile birlikte köşe koltuk aldık. Kurulum için arayınca yazlıkta olduğumu ama eşimi arayacağımı söyledim. Eşim iş yerinden iki dakikalığına ayrılıp kapıyı açmak için eve geçti koltuğun kurulumundan sonra bakmadan evden ayrıldı. Kurulumu ertelemek istemedik çünkü zaten ürünü iki buçuk ay bekledik.
2 gün sonra yazlıkta eve döndüğümüzde pufun sehpa kısmında sunta plakanın köşesinin montaj esnasında kırıldığını fark ettim. Hemen resim çekip Mağaza sorumlusuna gönderdim. Bu arada Mağaza sorumlusu evde olmadığımızı biliyordu.
Hiçbir destek alamadım. Ve 5500 TL'ye aldığım koltuğun daha kullanılmadan defoluydu.
Yetkililer tarafından hiçbir şekilde destek veya müşteri memnuniyetine dair ilgi göremedim. Resmen yalancı muamelesi gördüm. Keşke kurumsallığına güvenip koltuğunu kelebekten seçmeseydim... Gözünü sevdiğimin yerli esnafı malının arkasında müşterisinin gözünün içine. Bakıyor... Bir daha asla kelebekten alışveriş yapmam yaptırmam da.

We bought a corner sofa with pouffe from Hello Kelebek Furniture. When I called for the installation, I said I was at the cottage but I would call my wife. My wife left the workplace for two minutes and went home to open the door and left the house without looking after the seat was installed. We did not want to delay the installation because we had already waited two and a half months for the product.
When we returned home after 2 days at the cottage, I noticed that the corner of the chipboard plate in the coffee table part of the pouf was broken during assembly. I immediately took a picture and sent it to the store manager. Meanwhile, the store manager knew we were not home.
I didn't get any support. And the seat I bought for 5500 TL was gone before it was used.
I have not received any attention from the authorities for support or customer satisfaction. I was formally treated as a liar. I wish I had not trusted his institutionalism and chose his seat from the butterfly ... The local artisans, whose eyes I love, are behind the goods of their customers. Looks ... Never again will I have to shop from butterfly.
If I wanted flawed goods, I would shop from the tent in Düzce, which is near us.
Be you, do not trust the butterfly and its dealers, until everything is sold, the aftermath is known.
