★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek kelimeyle berbat. Aldığımız yatak odası ürünleri yarısı teslim edildi, teslimi alınan tüm ürünlerde kırıklar var. Kalan ürünler taahhüt süresi geçmesine rağmen gelmedi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, ilgi alaka bilgilendirme sıfır. Bu süreçte inanılmaz üzüldük. Kimsenin mağdur olmasını istemedigim için yorum yapıyorum.
 It just sucks. Half of the bedroom products we received were delivered, there are fractures in all delivered products. The remaining products did not arrive, although the commitment period has passed. Absolutely do not recommend, interest information is zero. We were incredibly sad during this process. I'm commenting because I don't want anyone to be a victim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018 Ağustos ayı ortalarında almış olduğum kelebek mobilya ürünlerinin teslim tarihi olan Eylül ayının üzerinden 1,5 ay geçmiş olmasına rağmen ürünler hala adresime teslim edilmedi. Mağazayı her aradığımda ürünlerin fabrikada üretim sürecinde olduğu söylendi ve bu yalanlar ile beni 1,5 ay boyunca oyaladılar.
Kelebek mobilya benim gözümde bir kurumsal firma olma özelliğini yitirmiştir ve sizde paranızla REZİL olmak istemiyorsanız bu markayı ve bu mağazayı tercih ETMEYİN derim.
NOT: Hangi zihniyet ile çalıştığınız yazdığım yoruma iki sene sonra cevap vermenizden belli. Dalga geçer gibide üzerinden iki sene geçmiş olan yoruma cevap vermişler zahmet etmişsiniz, bir iki sene daha bekleseydiniz.
Although 1.5 months have passed since September, which is the delivery date of the butterfly furniture products I bought in mid-August 2018, the products have still not been delivered to my address. Kelebek furniture has lost its feature of being a corporate company in my eyes and if you do not want to be REZİL with your money, I say DO NOT choose this brand and this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle yanından bile geçmeyin. Bir masa aldım bin pişman oldum. 3 kere üretim süreci uzadı 26 temmuz da aldığım ürün halen üretim de görülüyor. Ne zaman gelecek Allah bilir. Bir masanın kendi üretim bandında çıkacağı tarihi belirleyemeyen bir firma. Tekrar söylüyorum ben hata yaptım siz yapmayın. Kelebekle ilgili kime sorsam aynı sorun.
Do not even go near it. I bought a table and regretted it. The production process was extended 3 times. The product I bought on July 26 is still in production. God knows when it will come. A company that cannot determine the date when a table will appear on its own production line. Again, I made a mistake, you don't. It's the same problem I ask anyone about the butterfly.

I am very pleased with the shopping, delivery of the products and the service provided at Tuzla Butterfly Store. I am a bit of a grumpy person, but the employees, especially Yunus Bey, did not specialize in me and thank all the employees. A furniture brand that I can recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandemi sürecinde dügün işleri ne kdr yorduysa Kelebek mobilya bir o kdr evimi düzenlememde işimi kolaylaştırdı. Evimin bir çok eşyasını kelebek mobilyadan tercih ettim ve hiç pişman olmadım. Sevilay Hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi. Mağazaya her gittiğimde, her aradığımda hiç sıkılmadan uğraştı benimle :) Teslimatıda söyledikleri süre zarfında yaptılar. Kesinlikle tereddüt etmeden kelebek mobilyayı tercih edebilirsiniz.
As weddings were tough during the pandemic process, Kelebek Furniture made it easier for me to organize my home. I have preferred many items of my home from butterfly furniture and I have never regretted it. Ms. Sevilay was very interested in us. Every time I went to the store, every time I called, he worked with me without getting bored :) They did it within the time they said in the delivery. You can definitely choose butterfly furniture without hesitation.

Model şahane ? mağaza sorumlusu yunus bey o kadar sıcak kanlı ve ilgili ki islemlerimiz çok uzun sürse de aynı alakayla saatlerce mesaisini uzatarak yardımcı oldu bize. İlgili personel ve sıcak kanlı yüzler görmek istiyorsanız ve zevkiniz benim gibi kelebek ise kesinlikle tuzla şubeye uğrayın derim?
I bought the monema series both bedroom, sitting group and dining room set from the store. The model is amazing ? Mr. Yunus, the store manager, is so warm and interested that he helped us by extending his hours with the same relevance, even though our transactions took a long time. If you want to see relevant staff and friendly faces and if you like butterflies like me, I would definitely say stop by the salt branch.
