Literally a fiasco. All the criticisms I wrote here have been spoken to these store employees today (16.02.2021). A brand that has gone bad, I have a terrible experience that I have personally lived and live, which continues with the application I made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. All the employees of this store, including the manager, are a complete fiasco. The salespeople swirling around me the day I bought the product did not stand behind their products in the problem I encountered. On this day, I went in front of them and told them for 10 minutes, I tried to break their hearts, they couldn't get their chuck out. Because they did not call and ask me about the distress I had for 45 days. You should deal with the customer not only until the product is sold, but also with the after sales problems. I am not discussing product quality. Problems can arise even in the most expensive, best quality product. Human quality matters. You should stand behind the goods you sell. Butterfly furniture is finished as the service and attitude of the employees. If you encounter a situation where you need service, you will definitely experience what I have experienced.

It's nice to be interested until you sell the goods. It's been 5 months since the product was delivered and the problem continues for 5 months. They don't answer the phones. You go to the store, they say they will fix it to your face. When you call, they say they can't do anything. The person, who is in charge of the store, is not interested in a separate disaster. There is no way out except the court.
