★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2014 yılı sonlarında mağazanızdan köşe takımı aldım.Bir süre sonra deformasyona uğradığını farkettim.Tarafınıza servis talep ettim.Gelen servis elemanları herhangi bir sorun olmadığını söyleyerek gittiler.Ama süngerin altındaki metal aksam oturdukça rahatsız ediyordu.Servis ısrarla bir şey olmadığını söyledi.Şu anda garanti süresi de doldu.Bu kadar kısa zamanda böyle seçkin bir markanın ürününün deformasyona uğraması servis elemanlarının işlerini ciddi yapmaması şu anda benim mağdur olmama sebep olmuştur.Bir daha Kelebek Mobilyadan ürün alır mısın diye sorsalar kesinlikle almam ve alacak olanları da uyarırım.Ben şimdi bu takımı çöpe atıp yeni bir takım almak zorundayım.Firmanızın lekelenmemesi adına bu konuda servislerinize gerekli uyarıları ve yaptırımları yapmanız menfaatinize olur.Ha şu anda servisi çağırsam kesinlikle deformasyon olduğunu söyleyecekler.Benden hem servis ücreti talep edecekler hem de onarım ücreti alacaklar.Garanti süresi içerisinde herhangi bir şey olmadığını söylüyorlar garanti bitince de deforme olmuş diyorlar.Belki de firma bu şekilde yapmalarını da söylüyor olabilir.Bu konuda bilgilendirmek istedim.Başınızı ağrıttım özür dilerim.
