★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşlar kesinlikle buradan hiç birşey almayın bundan 55 gün önce yeni evlenecegim için gidip nakit paramızla alışveriş yaptık yatak odası yemek odası ve tv ünitesi seklinde müdür levent bey ilgilendi satarken herşey mükemmel sekilde ilgi alaka vs herşey cok iyiydi sözleşmede de yazdıgı gibi 45 gün içinde teslim edilecek denildi tabi levent bey bize 30 güne yetişir sözlesmede yazan maksimumu dedi 30. Günümüzde aradığımızda gelecek diye diye oyaladılar bugün 55. Günü ve bize nisanın 2. Haftası gelecek diyolar yani 45 gün oldu 70,80 gün ki daha gelip gelmeyeceginide bilmiyoruz. İptal etme hakkımız da var ama kelebek mobilya %30 unu keseriz diyor. Bu bize söylenmedi. Yani işin aslı kesinlikle bu şubeden degil hiç bir kelebek subesine güvenerek ürün almayın rezil olursunuz!!

We also have the right to cancel, but the butterfly says that we will cut 30% of the furniture. This was not told to us. So the truth is, don't buy products by trusting any butterfly branch, not from this branch, you will be disgraced!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 hafta önce satın aldığım tv ünitesi ve orta sehpa 2-3 hafta içerisinde teslim edilir denilmesine rağmen halen ortada bi şey yok. Sözde fabrika stoğundan direkt gönderim yapılacaktı sıfırdan üretilen mobilyanın bile teslimatı bu kadar uzun sürmüyor. Satış danışmanı İlkay Hanım sözde süreci takip ettiğini iddia ediyor, tek yaptıkları telefonda mail attık başka yapacağımız bi şey yok demek. Ürünü satarken her şey mükemmel sattıktan sonra müşteri mağduriyeti kimsenin umurunda değil. Her Kelebek şubesi böyle midir bilemiyorum ama bu şube pişmanlıktır.
