★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelebek Mobilyanın kalitesini biliyordum ama Karabağlar Mağazası epey büyükmüş, koltuk takımı ve yatak odası için gittik çok model çeşitleri vardı. Sanırım Kelebek Mobilyanın İzmirdeki en büyük mağazası.
I knew the quality of Kelebek Furniture, but Karabağlar Store was quite big, we went for sofa set and bedroom, there were many models. I think it is the biggest store of Kelebek Furniture in Izmir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayıplı ürün gönderdiler. Satış yaptıktan sonra asla ilgilenmiyorlar. Müşteri hizmetleri deseniz arayacağız diyip aramıyor. Bunca uğraştan sonra tüketici hakeme heyetine şikayette bulundum. Karar tarafıma para iadesi çıktı. Ama hala tarafıma bir dönüş yapılmadı! Bir kaç günü bekletip icra takibi başlatacağım ki akılları başına gelsin!
They sent a defective product. They never care after selling. Customer service doesn't call if you say they will call. After all this effort, I filed a complaint with the consumer arbitration committee. The money was refunded to me. But still no response from me! I'll wait a few days and start enforcement proceedings so they can come to their senses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlgi alaka sıfır. Arıyorum izinliyim diye yalan söylüyorlar. Sattıktan sonra şekil değiştirmeyin. Bir koltuğun ayağını değiştirmek bu kadar zor mudur acaba 2 haftadır böylece duruyor!!!
Zero interest. I'm calling and they're lying because I'm on leave. Do not change shape after selling. I wonder if it's that hard to change the leg of a chair, it's been sitting like this for 2 weeks!!!
