It's a decent store. We are a factory outlet store, they sold 20.000 liras of material with the lie that we do not deliver late like other butterflies. They haven't delivered for 3 months. They take the money from the start but they don't do the job properly. When you call and ask, they give nonsensical answers saying sorry, we will deal with it as soon as possible.

Hello, I bought an eva youth room set from Kelebek Furniture Bilkent branch in September 2021. I told him that I would pick up late due to house change. Authorities asked me to give 15 days notice before delivery. I gave notice on January 1st and asked for it to be delivered on January 15th, they said ok. However, when the delivery date approached, they said that they could bring it on January 17 under the pretext that there was a count, so we had to accept it. They brought the products on January 17, and then we checked, they did not bring the most important product, the wardrobe cabinet of the team was missing. When we asked the masters, they said that there is no such product on our list. Then I called the store and they could not give clear information, saying that they were unaware of the situation and that they had sent a message to the center. Despite calling the store many times, still no clear result, neither the customer service nor the store could give any information about when the product will be delivered. I shared the issue in THERE A COMPLAINT, and then there was a return. They said that they would deliver on 3 FEBRUARY 2022, but they called again on 3 February and sent it to 8 February, again with the excuse of missing parts. Butterfly Furniture really disappointed me. I do not recommend it at all, I even want to curse. I entrust them all to God for giving me all this.
