★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ulaşmak hiçbir şekilde mümkün değil. Defalarca aradım fakat telefonu açıp tekrar kapatıyorlar. İlk kez yaşandığında hat düşmüş olabilir diye düşündüm. Fakat 4 kez daha aynı durum yaşanma ihtimali çok düşük. Oradaki personel ve yetkililer ilçedeki vatandaşların sorununu gidermek için kamu gorevindeler fakat hizmet almak ne mümkün!

But the probability of the same situation happening 4 more times is very low. The staff and officials there are on a public duty to solve the problems of the citizens in the district, but it is impossible to get service!
