Kebo - Konur Sok. 5/A

Today is February 15, 2018 before 9 pm, I went with two of my friends to kebo kizilay, ankara.I've been to the kebo several times actually. But I am very disappointed with the treatment of one of the officers of the kebo today. The incident started when my order came, and I wanted to exchange the ayran into ice tea. But one of the clerk thought it was leaky, and I said I just ordered it and just got my hands on it and I wanted to trade it, and I sure did not leak. The people who queued saw it. One Kebo officer with his finger pressed the cover of ayran several times and turned it over, ayran did not come out and did not leak, until finally he punched it again and flipped while punching ayran and leaked ayran. I do not like the way it is. After that I was angry and people saw it, I then took my two friends away without eating kebo döner there, then there garson who approached with ice tea, unfortunately I was already disappointed and not the person who makes me disappointed who brough the ice tea for me, no one apologized to me ... I was very disappointed with the attitude and treatment of one of the officers kebo Kızılay, Ankara. If i can't change it, its okay for me, but this is about attitude and i dont like it so much. This is the first time I was treated like this. I've been living in Ankara for almost two years, and this is the first time I've experienced like this. I hope that the person concerned can be given advice and hopefully not the unfortunate treatment that I experienced. For this attention, thank you so much.

the best döner in ankara, the problem is that you have to wait a lot and they don't care about the fries ? so if you order a menu you will enjoy only the döner after waiting for 15 min or so.

Kebo dan bir siparisimde durumun icinden sac cikti. Bunun uzerine bir daha siparis vermeyi dusunmuyordum, fakat kizim cok sevdiginden tekrar aradim. Sac ciktigini anlattim ve anlayisla karsilandim ama bu sefer siparisim 1 saat sonra geldi ve soguktu. Siparisi iptal ettim ama hic bir ozurdileme olmadi sac olayinin ustune. Adimi ve adresimi kayit etmislerdi kimseye bu tur bilgileri vermenizi tavsiye etmiyorum. I frequently order from Kebo in Bahcelievler, but last time I ordered a hair came out of my wrap. First I didn't complain and was not planning to order at Kebo again, but my daughter likes their wrap very much and wanted to order. However, so when I called to place my order, I told them in my last order a hair came out of my wrap and that I am concerned that this could happen again. He apologised and placed my new order, but this time it arrived an hour later and was cold. No apology on that. So much to their customer service and satisfaction. They also recorded my name and address which I don't recommend anyone to do.

FIRST OF ALL IF YOU HAVE TIME AND PATIENT TRY IT. Taste is the best i have ever ate in this cuisine class, but the line longest as well it is good for small with max 4 people together but if you have good luck with you you might able to find a table to sit with 4 people in the rush hours. 5 star for taste, 4 for price, 0 service its ridiculous system working in it with my group i am always find a place to sit but you might not be that lucky. (taste description: its a chicken döner shop marinated with yogurt well cooked tasty and probably fresh vegetables in it with a tomato sauce (ps: the hot sauce rate is extrem not only for foreigners but also for west sided natives so thats being said be carefull with it (pps: little hot sauce reccomended if you are not spicey hot sauce lover.)))

Very spicy food or I should say the only place that I visited in Turkey which provides spicy ? Doner.

If you want something traditional taste for Turkish culture, yet with a modern twist, I think Kebo is what you are looking for. If you have a weak digestive system, try the lowest level of hotness, medium size is a nice start.

Food is good but the place is packed. Take out is a better option.

My favorite place so far. The taste is really good. Plus they have a lot of options for durum. They also have different deals for 2 or 3 people. Not that expensive, with a delicious taste. Highly recommend. Their Atom durum is best so far. They also add chili according to you need. If you love spicy food, you should try their food. I also loved theirs fries and onion rings. Best so far. The deal for two people with 2 durum, onion rings, nuggets, fries and chicken pops with 2 drinks was 75 lira. 10/10 hight recommend.
