Salatası, mezesi tek kişilik veya 5 kişilik olsa bile değişmeyen hizmet anlayışı bambaşka. 2011 yılından beri değişmeyen bir kalite. Gerçekten Adana içi yada dışından gelen misafirlerim için vazgeçilmezim... Eline emeğine sağlık UFUK USTA...
It is one of the rare places in Adana where I ate by enjoying the kebab. Even if the salad and appetizers are for one person or for 5 people, the service mentality does not change. 2- Ciğer şişi güzel denebilir, et şiş yumuşak idi ancak araya atılan yağ oranı fazla idi. Kazbaşı da yumuşak hafif yağlı bir et.
3- Duvarda ünlülerle çekilmiş bol miktarda fotoğraflar mevcut.
4- İsterseniz içki servisleri de mevcutmuş.
5- Bir porsiyon Ciğer şiş + iki porsiyon et şiş + bir porsiyon kazbaşı ve yanına su toplam = 133 TL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebapçı Ufuk ile 2016 yılında Adana’ya yaptığım bir seyahatte tanıştım.. O zaman beni aldı götürdü, 1 haftalık Adana ziyaretimde 3 gün burada yemek yedim..
Gerek yemek öncesi getirilen salatalar, gerek mezeler çok lezzetliydi..
Sonrasında servis ettiği kıyma (adana kebap) hem büyük hem lezzetliydi.. Ciğeri, kazbaşı denen hafif iri kuşbası kebabı çok güzeldi..
3 sene sonra, bu sefer yeni yerine gittik Ufuk Abimin.. 8 kişilik kalabalık bir ekiptik, bize olan ilgisi, gündelik kıyafetini çıkarıp ocak başına geçmesinden belliydi..
Önden metrelik kıyma getirdi, kimisi boru kebabı da diyor.. Sonrasında masanın başına şipşak bir mangal getirdi ve ciğeri masa başında yaptı..
Devamında kazbaşı ve en son lokum ile taçlandırdı hünerlerini.. Herşey çok leziz ve doyurucuydu.. Mezeleri, salataları anlatmıyorum bile.. Fotoğraflardan zaten kalite belli..

I met Kebapçı Ufuk on a trip to Adana in 2016. Then he took me away, I took a meal here for 3 days during my 1 week visit to Adana.
Both salads and appetizers brought before the meal were delicious.
Then the minced meat (adana kebab) he served was both big and delicious.
3 years later, this time we went to the new place Ufuk my brother .. We were a crowd of 8 people, his interest in us, it was obvious that he took off his casual outfit at the beginning of January.
He brought some ground beef from the front, some of them also called pipe kebab. Then he brought a quick grill to the table and made gras at the table.
Then the crown and his skills with the latest Turkish delight .. Everything was very tasty and satisfying .. Appetizers, salads do not even tell .. Quality is already certain from the photos ..
