★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nerde o eski celal usta. bir kebap yapardı . Şuan tavsiye etmiyorum pişirilmeden gönderiliyor , siparis bazen unutuluyor soğuk geliyor. bunca yıl işletme hala siparişler yaya getiriliyor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıl 2008... Kahvaltımızı yapmış bir yere gidiyoruz. Burnuma bir koku geldi. Yanımdaki arkadaşları durdurdum. Dedim ki bu kokunun kaynağını bulalım, çünkü efsane bir et kokusu. Bulup yersek pişman olmayacağız.
Neyse kokuyu takip edip bulduk ve içeri girdik, o zamanlar dükkan üstü bir yerde açıktı. İçerisi aşırı salaş, koltuk yok tabureler var, masalar muşamba ile kaplanmış. O zaman biraz sohbet ettik ve saat 10 gibi servise başladığını, öğleden sonra 3-4 gibi de bitirdiğini öğrendik.
Elbette başka bir gün yemek yemeğe oraya gittik. Eti, pişirimi, tadı efsaneydi. Herşey sade ve salaş... Yedikten sonra belki bir bardak çay içersin ama beklemek.dogru değil, çünkü senin kalkmanı bekleyen insanlar dışarıda duruyordu.
