★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bina yenilenmiş (güncel konsklamacı tabiri ile renovasyon yeni) temiz güzel. İşletmeciler henüz işi öğrenme aşamasındalar. Ütü vs. standart olarak yok. Binayı gogıl amcanın tarifi ile bulmak azıcık zaman alıyor. Alışveriş dükkanları ve lokantalara yakın
 The building has been renovated (newly renovated, in the current constellation term), clean and beautiful. Operators are still in the learning phase of the business. Ironing etc. not available as standard. It takes a little time to find the building with the recipe of uncle gogil. Close to shopping shops and restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce kalmıştım güzeldi ama şuan odalar yeniden dizayn edilip o kadar şık olmuş ki kaliteli hijyenik ve güvenilir bir konaklama sağladığınız için teşekkür ederiz. Konum açısından dairelerin temizliği açısından mükemmel bir isletme olmuş. Guvenle tercih edebilirsiniz ??
I have stayed before, it was nice, but now the rooms have been redesigned and become so stylish that we thank you for providing a quality, hygienic and reliable accommodation. In terms of location, it has been an excellent establishment in terms of cleanliness of the apartments. You can choose with confidence ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezidans yeni yapılmış iç dizaynı çok güzel , fakat odalardaki pencerelerden çok soguk geliyor,odalar normalden biraz küçük , buzdolabı , ketıl ve ocak dışında hicbir mutfak eşyası yok , çay ve yemek yapma gibi bi durumunuz varsa kesinlikle eşyalarınızla gelin , fiyatına (250) göre normal diyebilirim
The newly built interior design of the residence is very nice, but it feels very cold from the windows in the rooms, the rooms are a bit smaller than normal, there is no kitchenware except the refrigerator, kettle and stove, if you have a situation such as tea and cooking, definitely come with your belongings, I can say that it is normal for the price (250).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our staying at KB Rezidans was great. The staff was very kind with us all the time and the apartament was very spacious, clean and cozy. We enjoyed our staying here because we also had all the facilities included. Also this rezidance is very good located because you can find near almost everything you need, from shops, pub's, terrace, restaurants, good music during the evening, bus station, tramvai, being at the same time very close to the campus of Erciyes University and Ali Mountain.
After two months of staying at this Residance, I can say that I honestly recommend this place due to the previously mentioned facilities.
